We’re excited to feature Jamaica’s top vending culture in all it’s glory. Supporting local business and showing off Jamaican art, craft, decor, food, and more is a passion of ours. Sign up for one our limited in-venue vending spots using the form below. Vending spaces are available at a cost and are dependent on the nature of your business. Vendor spots can be paid online by request, via bank transfer or in cash at one of our partner locations. Please let your WWMF representative know your preferred form of payment.

We welcome all kinds of craft, fashion, food & more, but you are only allowed to sell what you have prearranged with your WWMF representative. No alcoholic beverages can be sold, nor water.

If you are selling food you must have a food handlers license/permit. If you are a food vendor with any flame or outdoor cooking set up you must have liability insurance.

There will be no ATM on site, so we encourage your to have a POS system.

Nope! Make your money! The vendor fee is all you are responsible for!

There will be overnight security in the venue, but vendors are entirely responsible for securing they’re own booth throughout the weekend.

Vendors can start setting up on Friday at 2pm to be ready for our gates to open at 4pm. The festival grounds will close overnight but there will be campers in the overnight camping experience area. It is up to you if you’d like to provide minimal vending throughout the off hours to accommodate our campers.

You will have the ability to pull your vehicle right up to the venue, but you will not be able to pull your site into the venue. There will be designated parking for vendors.

You are responsible for leaving the venue as clean as you came when you arrived. Our beachside venue requires love and care when it comes to waste disposal and we expect all vendors and patrons to treat it as such.

The festival will happen rain or shine so bring your all weather gear!
